Rapidoo may collect information necessary to provide and operate its delivery rider services. Examples of information we may collect include your name, rider or employee identification information, account information, contact details, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery and transaction information, location information, device information, photographs, and other information necessary to operate and secure the Rapidoo Rider Application.

Some of the information collected by Rapidoo is data that relates to an identifiable person (“Personal Information”).

Where information is considered sensitive personal information or otherwise receives special protection under applicable law, Rapidoo will handle such information in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.

Transfer of Personal Information

Your Personal Information may be transferred to countries outside the Philippines, which may not provide an adequate level of protection, when reasonably necessary to operate our services, provide technical infrastructure, process information on our behalf, or perform other legitimate business functions.

Rapidoo may also need to transfer or disclose your Personal Information to local or national government authorities, including foreign authorities where applicable, when required by law, legal process, regulatory requirements, or when necessary to facilitate or complete delivery services.

Collection of Personal Information and Purpose

Rapidoo collects and stores information necessary to operate its delivery services and support authorized delivery riders.

Rapidoo may use Personal Information to:

• create and manage rider accounts;
• verify rider identity and account ownership;
• assign and manage delivery orders;
• facilitate pickup and delivery activities;
• provide real-time delivery tracking;
• communicate with riders, customers, merchants, and delivery partners;
• process delivery transactions and related records;
• provide customer and rider support;
• prevent fraud, unauthorized account access, and misuse of the Application;

Rapidoo Applications

The following provisions describe Rapidoo's commitment to protecting Personal Information collected through the Rapidoo Applications.

Rapidoo may use Personal Information to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Application, customize the Application where appropriate, communicate service-related information, conduct legitimate business and research activities, and perform other purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.

Rapidoo may disclose Personal Information where required by applicable law, court order, government regulation, or other valid legal process.

Collection of Personal Information on Rapidoo Applications

Users may be able to access certain areas or features of the Application without providing additional Personal Information. However, some features require users to identify themselves to enable account, rider, delivery, security, and operational functions.

Rapidoo may ask users to provide Personal Information when registering for an account, performing rider verification, accepting or completing deliveries, contacting support, or using other features of the Application.

Users will be informed, where appropriate, of the information required and the purpose for which it is collected.

Active Collection of Personal Information

During your use of the Application, Rapidoo may actively collect information by asking you to provide information directly, including account information, rider information, contact information, photographs, delivery information, and other information necessary to use the Application.

Some areas of the Application may require you to submit Personal Information in order to benefit from specified features or services.

Passive Collection of Personal Information

As you use the Application, certain information may be collected automatically through technologies such as Internet Protocol addresses, device identifiers, application logs, cookies, analytics technologies, and navigational data.

This information may be used to diagnose technical problems, maintain security, understand application usage, improve performance, administer the Application, and provide our services.

Location Data

Rapidoo collects location data to support delivery rider operations. Depending on the features being used and the permissions granted by the rider, the Application may collect precise and/or approximate location information from the device.

This information may be used to:

• enable real-time delivery tracking;
• assist riders in reaching pickup and drop-off locations;
• support delivery dispatching;
• optimize route planning;
• provide customers or authorized delivery partners with appropriate delivery status or tracking information;
• verify delivery-related activities; and
• support operational, safety, and security functions.

Location data is collected and retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the applicable delivery service, maintain operational records, investigate disputes or security incidents, or comply with applicable legal requirements.

Rapidoo does not sell location data. Location information may be disclosed to customers, merchants, delivery partners, service providers, or other authorized parties where necessary to provide the delivery service, or where disclosure is required or permitted by law.

You may disable location services through your device settings. However, disabling location permissions may limit or prevent key delivery and tracking features of the Application from functioning properly.

Face Data and Rider Identity Verification

To support rider identity verification and account security, Rapidoo may collect a photograph or selfie containing the rider's face when the rider is required to complete an identity verification or rider account verification process.

The face photograph is collected to verify that the person using the rider account is the authorized rider associated with that account and to protect the Rapidoo delivery platform against unauthorized account use, account sharing, impersonation, and fraud.

The Application does not access or collect the biometric information stored by Apple's Face ID system. Rapidoo does not receive a user's Face ID biometric template or Face ID authentication data.

Purpose and Use of Face Data

Face data collected through the Application may be used only for legitimate purposes related to the Rapidoo Rider service, including:

• verifying the identity of an authorized delivery rider;
• verifying rider account ownership;
• preventing unauthorized access to rider accounts;
• preventing account sharing and impersonation;
• detecting and investigating suspected fraudulent activity;
• supporting rider registration and account verification;
• protecting the security and integrity of the Rapidoo delivery platform; and
• complying with applicable legal, regulatory, or contractual requirements.

Rapidoo does not use face data for advertising, targeted marketing, behavioral advertising, or the sale of personal information.

Rapidoo will not use face data for purposes unrelated to rider identity verification, account security, fraud prevention, or other purposes disclosed to the rider and permitted under applicable law.

Collection and Processing of Face Data

When a rider submits a photograph or selfie through the Application, the image may be securely transmitted to Rapidoo's backend systems for the applicable identity verification and security process.

Access to face data is restricted to authorized personnel and systems that require access for legitimate verification, security, support, operational, or legal purposes.

Rapidoo takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect face data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction.

Sharing and Disclosure of Face Data

Rapidoo does not sell, rent, or trade face data.

Face data may be disclosed only when reasonably necessary for legitimate Rapidoo business and service purposes, including to:

• authorized Rapidoo personnel who require access to perform their assigned responsibilities;
• authorized service providers processing information on behalf of Rapidoo for hosting, storage, identity verification, security, or related services;
• technology and infrastructure providers necessary to operate the Application; or
• government authorities, law enforcement agencies, courts, or other parties where disclosure is required or permitted by applicable law or valid legal process.

Third-party service providers that process face data on behalf of Rapidoo are required to maintain appropriate confidentiality and security protections and are restricted from using face data for their own advertising, marketing, sale, or unrelated purposes.

Storage of Face Data

Face data may be securely transmitted to and stored in Rapidoo's backend infrastructure and/or authorized third-party infrastructure providers used to operate the rider identity verification and security functions of the Application.

Face data is protected using reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational security measures appropriate to the nature of the information.

Face data is not intentionally stored on the rider's device beyond what is technically necessary to complete the applicable verification process.

Where face data is transferred or stored outside the Philippines, Rapidoo will take reasonable steps to apply appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.

Retention of Face Data

Rapidoo retains face data only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including rider identity verification, account security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, operational requirements, and compliance with applicable legal or contractual obligations.

When face data is no longer required for these purposes, Rapidoo will delete or securely dispose of the information in accordance with its applicable data retention and deletion procedures.

Where immediate deletion is not technically possible because information exists in backup systems, the information will be protected and isolated and will be deleted when the applicable backup is overwritten or becomes available for secure deletion.

Deletion of Face Data

A rider may request deletion of Personal Information, including face data, subject to applicable legal, regulatory, security, and contractual requirements.

Requests may be submitted through Rapidoo's support or privacy contact channels identified in this Privacy Policy.

Rapidoo may need to verify the identity of the requesting rider before processing a deletion request to prevent unauthorized deletion or disclosure of Personal Information.

Deletion of face data may affect the rider's ability to use identity verification or other security features of the Rapidoo Rider Application.

No Sale or Advertising Use of Face Data

Rapidoo does not sell face data.

Face data is not used to serve advertisements, create advertising profiles, provide targeted advertising, or provide information to data brokers.

Security

Rapidoo takes reasonable and appropriate steps to protect Personal Information collected through the Application and to protect such information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

These measures may include access controls, authentication mechanisms, secure transmission protocols, restricted personnel access, monitoring, and other security measures appropriate to the information being processed.

However, no method of transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should take reasonable precautions when submitting information through the Application and should safeguard passwords, authentication information, and other account credentials.

Retention of Personal Information

Rapidoo will retain Personal Information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide its services, maintain business and operational records, protect the security of its services, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, comply with contractual obligations, and satisfy applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

When Personal Information is no longer required, Rapidoo will take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of the information in accordance with applicable law and our retention procedures.
